BRETTED BELGIAN PALE
ABV: 6.5% IBU: 18
A Lake Tahoe AleWorX and Alibi Ale Works Collaboration
This brew is a celebration of the relationship between Alibi Ale Works and Lake Tahoe AleWorX. This BRETTED Belgian pale pours a hazy, straw color with a beautiful fluffy white head. Notes of dried flowers and grass accentuate the delicate aroma. A dry body allows for the yeast to shine and the hops are meant to balance and enhance the flavors of cantaloupe, lavender and dried alfalfa.
A perfect food beer; brewed by, and meant to be enjoyed by friends.
This pale unfiltered hoppy lager has been meticulously crafted with the finest ingredients. It pours a hazy straw color with a fluffy white head. The addition of comet hops adds a grassy, citrus note that announces its presence without being overpowering. This beer is made with beautiful Tahoe water that adds a soft and crisp base for us to layer our malt and hop profiles. A cool fermentation temperature allows this beer to retain a clean complexity that allows for year-round enjoyment. It is a hybrid between a California Common and a Keller Pils (Unfiltered German Pilsner), which are two of our favorite styles here at AleWorX. We wanted to create something unique but that also has its roots in styles we admire and appreciate. Cheers!
